The week goes up every Monday at 9 AM. Rain or a sold-out strawberry batch can move a stop, and when it does the board and the stop-update email change with it.

Eight-quart batch freezer. Every flavor is churned the morning it is sold.

to the last scoop.
The strawberry you eat at 3 PM was still cream at breakfast. This is the whole day of the truck, start to finish.
6:00 AM
The first batch goes in
Vanilla bean base first, then strawberry buttermilk, then the flavor of the week on the creamery board on Grove Street.
9:30 AM
Fudge, caramel, cones
Hot fudge and salted caramel cooked in copper pots, waffle cones pressed by hand for about 300 scoops.
1:15 PM
Sprinkles rolls out
The pink truck leaves 1415 W Grove St with the freezers full and heads to the park on this week’s board.
2:00 PM
The window opens
Park stops open at 2 or 3, the Saturday market at 10. The line is shortest in the first twenty minutes.
7:42 PM
Strawberry sells out
Our average sell-out time on park stops this summer. Vanilla bean and chocolate usually last until close.
Pint Party

Hand-packed cups and pints in a cooler, dropped off frozen with spoons within 15 miles of Grove Street.

Three flavors, hot fudge, caramel and toppings with a scooper, for birthdays, graduations and backyards.

Sprinkles parks at your wedding, festival or company party and scoops six flavors to order for two hours.
